In our restaurant Črna kuhna we offer freshly prepared local and seasonal food made from ingredients from our farm and ingredients from local Prleška suppliers. Along with the food, we offer you a tasting of excellent house wines Glavinič. The chef’s kitchen is represented by a fire in a home-made bread oven. Fire is a sign of warmth and coziness, which you will immediately feel upon entering Črna kuhna. We cannot imagine our cooking without a bread oven. We prepare almost all the delicacies in the oven, which we later serve to you on a plate.
